「男女平等」。今でこそ当たり前のことになっているが、明治憲法では、女性は全く権利を持たない無能力者であった。日本女性にとって感謝すべきこの「男女平等」の草案を書いたのが当時ＧＨＱ民政局にいたベアテ・シロタさんだった。人権条項41条はどのような経過をたどって
